HB4005 HFA Young 2-15

            Delegate Young moves to amend the Com Sub for HB4005 on page 2, section 17, line 33, by striking out the period, inserting in lieu thereof a semi colon, and the following:

            “and

(4) The reimbursement or payment associated with collection, processing, preservation, storage, quality control, or transportation of fetus tissues for the purposes authorized by this subsection.”
